The State of Texas requires that any credit repair organization in Texas be registered with the Texas Secretary of State, and bonded, if they charge up-front fees for their credit repair services. We ARE registered with the Secretary of State's office as a credit service organization, and we have been since the inception of our business. In as much as we do not charge any up front fees for credit repair, a policy that is publicly filed with the TX Secretary of State's office, we are not required to have a bond. We go to great lengths to make sure we are 100% compliant with all state and federal laws, and encourage you to be sure to ask if any credit repair company you're considering is registered (and bonded, if applicable)...
