| The TRUTH about credit repair... Based on our extensive knowledge of the credit reporting standards and guidelines, and applicable laws, we typically ask them for very specific information about the account or accounts they list as yours, that in many cases, they either do not have, or cannot produce. Based on the substandard reporting, and or illegal collection activities of these companies, we are very often able to have the information permanently and completely removed, based on its inaccuracy, unverifiability, or incompleteness, as allowed for by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. As is often asked of us, YES, you can - by law - make these same kinds of corrections yourself.
